In case you missed it, this year's Expo featured a special keynote from revolutionary scholar and organizer Jerome Scott!
We showcased two radical scholarship projects: Operation 2052 and Out of the Woods. Both project pages are still under construction. At the Expo, we played episode one of Operation 2052 and episode two of Out of the Woods. Both are available to watch below and on the RCRC Youtube Channel.
In June 2021, Root Cause Research Center launched the second annual Community Research Incubator. With support and training from RCRC, these three brilliant and determined Community Researchers were able to develop two compelling and critical research projects on Black land dispossession and the role of academia in propping up and protecting policing in Louisville, KY.
